2002年
新城國際實業股份有限公司成立於台灣屏東。
致力於蒲燒鰻的加工，外銷到日本，歐洲，美國，東南亞，中東。
2005年
取得HACCP和歐盟食品安全認證後，領先台灣食品業界
2012年
取得SQF認證。是全球第一獲得SQF認證的鰻魚加工廠。
New Cheng Corporation was established in 2002 at Pingtung, Taiwan.
Dedicated to the processing of Frozen Roasted Eel (Unagi Kabayaki), New Cheng was able to extend service to the global market, including Japan, EU, US, Southeast Asia, and Middle East. After the certification of HACCP and EU Certificate in 2005, New Cheng further enhanced their emphasis on Food Safety by being the first in Taiwan to obtain SQF food safety certification in 2012. It still remains the first roasted eel factory with SQF certification in the world.
新城は2002年台湾屏東にて設立。鰻蒲焼の製造を主軸に日本、EU、北米、東南アジア、中東といったグローバルマーケットに進出。
2005年にHACCP認証、EU HACCP認証を取得後、新城は食品衛生管理に特化し2012年に台湾初のSQF認定加工鰻工場となる。現在でも、世界で唯一のSQF認定加工鰻工場。

2013年
致力於轉型，提供顧客更專業更多元的產品選項。
產品線擴大到調理裙帶絲，調味魚卵，調味魷魚，挪威鯖魚等等。
In 2013, New Cheng initiated a transition period to provide a more diverse line of products. Ready to eat products such as Seaweed Salad, Flavored Fish Roes, Seasoned Squid Salad, and Seasoned Norwegian Mackerels were added to the product lineup.
2013年より鰻以外の自社製造の取扱商品を増やし、冷やしワカメ、味付魚卵、イカ山菜、ノルウェー産鯖の加工品等を商品アイテムリストに加える。

2014年
突破生產者的角色，成立貿易部門從事水產品和豬肉的進出口業務。一站式滿足客戶對於原料、半成品、成品、調理即食品的需求。
In 2014, New Cheng responded to the needs of industry and established a trading department that serviced both the pork and seafood category. It provided customers with a one stop service from raw material to the finished products.
2014年より豚肉、水産品の貿易業を始め、顧客に原料から最終製品の販売を遂行。

2016年
取得HALAL認證。
設立美國公司Elite Foods Inc.。以加州洛杉磯為據點，在洛杉磯，紐澤西，邁阿密設立庫存，以在地化的服務來服務全美各州的經銷商。
In 2016, Halal Certified
Elite Foods Inc was established in Los Angeles to better service the North American market. Localizing Elite Foods shortened the distance between US customers and New Cheng. Thus, allowing the accessibility of New Cheng products to grow exponentially.
2016年にHALAL認証を取得。
北米向けにアメリカ、カリフォルニア州LAにElite Foods Incを設立。アメリカの顧客との距離を縮め、飛躍的に自社製品の販売数量を伸ばす。

2019年
取得MSC/ASC認證。
In 2019, MSC/ASC certified
2019年MSC/ASC認証を取得。

2021年
因應多變的市場和疫情後的新局面，設立日本公司新聖貿易株式會社。以東京為據點，推廣新城的台灣蒲燒鰻給日本客戶。
IN 2021, New Cheng to accommodate and tackle the post Covid period, Shin Sei Trading Co., Ltd was established to better provide Frozen Roasted Eel (Unagi Kabayaki) directly to the greater Japan market.
2021年、コロナ禍後新城は日本向けに鰻蒲焼専門の新聖貿易株式会社を設立。

因應台灣盛行的運動風氣，推出嶄新的即食魚肉蛋白BAR-纖魚霸。
Introduced Fish Bar to the Taiwan market as a high fish protein healthy snack option.
台湾向けに高蛋白の健康スナック、フィッシュバーを販売。
